1. Services Provided

We offer a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn Maintenance: Regular mowing, trimming, and edging to keep your lawn healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
• Garden Design: Customized garden layouts tailored to your preferences and the unique characteristics of your property.
• Hardscaping: Installation of patios, pathways, retaining walls, and other structural elements.
• Planting Services: Selection and planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Seasonal Clean-Up: Comprehensive cleaning of your outdoor spaces during spring and autumn.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our invoice terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

4. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality landscaping services, Landscapers Harrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. We are responsible for direct damages caused by our negligence or willful misconduct during the provision of services.

5. Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on all planting services. This warranty covers the health and survival rate of plants under normal care conditions. It does not cover plants affected by extreme weather, pests, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing landscaping services. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harrow.

8. Changes to Terms

Landscapers Harrow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
